Reportando-se diretamente ao(à) Diretor(a) Comercial, o(a) Líder de Unidade de Negócio de Oncologia ficará localizado(a) em São Paulo e será responsável pela gestão das equipes de Vendas e Marketing da Unidade de Negócios de Oncologia (câncer de próstata). O foco é desenvolver liderança de uma equipe de marca multidisciplinar que contemple as equipes Comercial (marketing), Assuntos Médicos e Acesso, conectando-se aos mercados públicos e privados de alto custo e interagindo com a equipe Regional e Global para discutir estratégias de mercado.

Responsibilities Identify, evaluate, and maximize new market opportunities. Assess individual and team performance within the business unit to ensure productivity through internal controls. Build and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders and internal networks. Conduct business activities in alignment with ethical and legal requirements and promote a culture of compliance in direct and indirect channels. Foster a growth-oriented culture that is responsible, decisive, action-, and patient/customer-focused. Communicate and lead a team vision, objectives, and priorities. Prepare pre-marketing activities for product launches in new indications and markets. Demonstrate flexibility and resilience to adapt to challenging, quality-oriented circumstances. Engage multiple business partners to deliver growth and top-line outcomes, and manage budgets. Engage external stakeholders critical to the business. Organizational Scope

The organization currently includes: 2 Product Managers, 1 National Sales Manager, and approximately 45 staff in commercial and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Projects, etc. An MBA is a differential. Fluent in English; Spanish is a differential. Previous leadership experience in Marketing and Commercial with people management, preferably in the Pharmaceutical industry. Oncology experience is preferred for this role. Experience managing large teams and in specialty pharmaceutical businesses with understanding of public and private markets and their specificities. Experience leading a multidisciplinary brand or cross-functional team. Ability to deliver results in a matrix organization with strategic thinking and planning. Fast learner with skills to develop teams, provide guidance, and drive high performance. Influential leadership with the ability to think strategically and communicate effectively within and outside the company. Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and ability to generate value in a matrix structure.
