Nuvo Aeon Diamond & Jewellery Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an Operations Executive with prior experience in the jewellery industry to join our team at Dahisar, Mumbai.

Role Overview

The Operations Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day operational workflows — from order processing and production coordination to dispatch and export documentation — ensuring every order moves seamlessly from confirmation to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order operations, including processing, production coordination, and dispatch
• Liaise with CAD, design, and studio teams to ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards
• Handle export documentation and logistics coordination for international shipments, including invoices, packing lists, and courier follow-ups
• Oversee inventory tracking, vendor coordination, and order timelines
• Maintain accurate operational records and MIS reports for management review

Candidate Profile

• 1–3 years of operations experience in the jewellery or diamond industry (mandatory)
• Working knowledge of export processes and documentation
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and operational trackers
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously

Position Details

Location: Dahisar, Mumbai (On-site)

Working Days: 5 days a week
