Job Description
We are a global energy and infrastructure firm seeking a Head of Marketing who will be accountable for creating and presenting a consistent marketing message across all marketing avenues, including traditional marketing and social media. You will be instrumental in overseeing all marketing, messaging, and budget. This role requires cross‑functional collaboration with executive managers and core competencies in collecting, analyzing and communicating information.
What you will do
- Oversee marketing team with regards to all marketing related projects and activities
- Review publicly available information and work across internal teams to promptly address questions as needed
- Track news updates and provide summaries for executive management
- Participate in the drafting with IR/PR of quarterly earnings news releases and earnings calls presentations, including drafting of SEC disclosure documents
- Identify and attend key industry conferences
- Own Marketing budget
- Oversee the social media strategy and execution by department
- Lead the coordination, planning and content creation for the annual investor conference and/or other investor events as needed
- Produce and distribute quarterly internal IR/PR report for use by senior management
- Provide ongoing input into the improvement and implementation of Marketing related processes and procedures
- Other responsibilities as assigned by the Company

- Ability to analyze and compile large swaths of data and present effective reports
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, finance, economics or related field; M.B.A. preferred
- 6+ years of relevant experience at a private equity firm, hedge fund, investment bank or private placement group
- This role is fully onsite at our NYC office located near Union Square
