Senior Practice Manager Morgan McKinley is delighted to be partnering with a well-established and highly respected professional services firm to appoint a Senior Practice Manager. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced practice management professional to join a successful and growing organisation in a pivotal leadership role. Working closely with the Partners, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the practice, driving business performance, supporting business development initiatives, and ensuring an exceptional end-to-end client experience.

This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact by improving operational efficiency, supporting growth, and fostering a positive, high-performing team culture. Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations and financial performance of the practice, including billing, WIP, debtor management, budgeting, and reporting. Manage a portfolio of clients, building strong relationships and ensuring an excellent client experience from onboarding through to ongoing service delivery.

Support business development through referrals, proposals, client engagement, and identifying opportunities to grow existing relationships. Lead recruitment, onboarding, staff development, performance management, and HR administration. Ensure effective practice management processes, including client onboarding, risk management, and regulatory best practice.

Coordinate IT systems and practice management software with external support providers. Prepare management reports and support Partners with strategic planning and operational improvements. About You 5+ years' experience in practice management, operations, or a senior leadership role within professional services or accountancy.

Commercially minded with strong operational and financial management experience. Excellent relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with practice management and accounting software, along with Microsoft Office.
