About the Role



Our Client is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to support its finance function from India while closely collaborating with the finance and leadership teams in the United States. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in manufacturing accounting, coupled with a sound understanding of US accounting principles (US GAAP). This role requires excellent financial acumen, analytical skills, and the ability to work in a global business environment

  • ts.Oversee General Ledger, journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, and month-end/year-end closi
  • ng.Monitor manufacturing costs, inventory valuation, standard costing, BOM costing, overhead allocation, and variance analys
  • is.Analyze production costs, inventory movements, and plant performance to improve operational efficien
  • cy.Partner with manufacturing, procurement, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure accurate financial reporti
  • ng.Support budgeting, forecasting, cost planning, and profitability analys
  • is.Coordinate with the US Finance team on reporting, compliance, audits, and financial planni
  • ng.Ensure robust internal controls and compliance with corporate financial polici
  • es.Drive process improvements, ERP optimization, and automation initiativ

    Chartered Accountant (CA) with 6โ€“10 years of post-qualification experi
