Production Technician – Sterile Manufacturing

Shift Hours: 8AM – 4PM or 10AM – 6PM

Key Responsibilities

• Gowning in full PPE and maintaining strict hygiene standards in a sterile environment.
• Handling small vial components, weighing, labelling and packaging products.
• Conducting quality control checks on products, labels, and packaging.
• Performing basic calculations for batching and compounding raw materials.
• Assisting with cleaning, setup, and ad hoc duties to support daily production.
• Supporting the transition into higher‑grade cleanroom environments upon demonstration of skills.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sterile, GMP, or hygiene‑sensitive manufacturing environments preferred
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow precise instructions accurately
• Good manual handling skills and physical capability for repetitive tasks
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and understand verbal instructions in noisy environments
• Basic maths and calculator skills with a focus on accuracy
• Willingness to work in full PPE and maintain strict hygiene and grooming standards
