What Does the Job Look Like?

Reporting to the Field Manager, you will undergo an 8‑week course to acquire all the skills needed to perform maintenance on various ATM and cash payment technologies. An enthusiastic person with a passion for all things technical will receive all necessary tools of the trade, including a mobile phone, full tool kit and vehicle.

Key Areas

• Fault finding, diagnosis and repairs on a range of cash management systems
• Attending various sites to maintain and repair devices
• Commissioning, configuring and testing devices
• Troubleshooting technical issues (backed by a specialist technical support team)

Required Skills & Experience

• The desire to repair equipment with a willingness to learn
• An ability to follow instructions
• Computer skills
• Prior electro‑mechanical experience would be advantageous
• Great ability to troubleshoot and problem‑solve
• Must have a valid driver’s license
