Role Description

The Sales Attendant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Brisbane, QLD. The Sales Attendant will assist with property viewings, greet and support prospective buyers and renters, and provide accurate information about listings and neighborhood features. Daily activities include coordinating appointments, preparing marketing materials for properties, maintaining a tidy and welcoming presentation of sales offices and display homes, and updating basic listing details in internal systems.

This role will also support the sales team with administrative tasks, follow‑up communications, and customer inquiries to ensure an efficient, professional, and client‑focused experience.

Qualifications

  • Customer service and client‑facing skills, including the ability to build rapport and communicate clearly with a diverse range of clients.
  • Basic sales and negotiation capabilities, with an interest in real estate and willingness to learn property market fundamentals.
  • Organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple appointments, maintain schedules, and manage follow‑ups efficiently.
  • Professional communication skills, both verbal and written, for client emails, phone calls, and documentation.
  • Comfort with using common office software and digital tools (e.g., email, calendars, spreadsheets, CRM or property listing systems).
  • Ability to work on‑site, including occasional weekend or evening hours based on client and property viewing needs.
  • Strong attention to detail and presentation, ensuring properties and sales areas are visually appealing and accurately represented.
  • Previous experience in real estate, hospitality, retail, or another client‑focused environment is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transport are advantageous for traveling between properties as required.
