Take Ownership of a Growing Product Division

Rynat Industries is one of Western Australia's leading commercial washroom specialists, supplying toilet partitions, lockers, cabinetry and washroom accessories to hospitals, schools, shopping centres, aged care facilities and commercial projects across Australia.

We're looking for an organised, commercially minded person to take ownership of our growing Washroom Accessories division.

This is far more than a sales role. You'll be responsible for managing product ranges, preparing quotations, building supplier relationships, supporting major commercial projects and helping grow our Complete Washrooms online business.

About the Role

As our Commercial Sales & Product Manager, you'll become the go-to person for our Washroom Accessories division, working closely with customers, suppliers and our estimating and project teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Taking ownership of the Washroom Accessories division and driving its continued growth.
• Preparing quotations and following up customer enquiries.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Negotiating supplier pricing and identifying new product opportunities.
• Working closely with our estimating and project teams to provide product advice and value‑engineered alternatives.
• Supporting the continued growth of our Complete Washrooms online store through product content, new ideas and customer experience.
• Identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes and profitability.
• Taking ownership of outcomes and helping shape the future direction of the division.

About You

You'll be someone who:

• Enjoys taking ownership and seeing things through.
• Is organised, proactive and commercially minded.
• Has excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Has strong attention to detail.
• Enjoys solving problems and finding better ways of doing things.
• Is confident using Microsoft Office and business software.

Experience in commercial building products, plumbing, hardware, construction supplies or a related industry will be highly regarded but is not essential.
