Registered Nurse | BlueCare – Community Care

Employment Status: Permanent Full‑time | Location: Warner, Petrie, AlbanyCreek & Surrounding Areas
Remuneration: $45.29 – $57.06 per hour + Super

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse you will deliver person‑centred care to community clients, ensuring a safe environment and applying your clinical skills to improve their quality of life. Your day will largely involve traveling to client homes to conduct scheduled visits.

Responsibilities

  • Assess, plan and implement client care within your scope of practice.
  • Consider the physical, social and psychological requirements of each client.
  • Create and update care plans to reflect developing needs.
  • Ensure clinical quality and compliance standards are met.
  • Work collaboratively with other multi‑disciplinary team members.

Qualifications

  • Full, unrestricted AHPRA registration and unlimited work entitlements – Essential.
  • General post‑registration nursing experience – Essential.
  • Excellent communication and clinical problem‑solving skills.
  • Current Australian Driver’s Licence (Green Provisional minimum) – Essential.
  • Roadworthy & insured (Third Party Property minimum) vehicle for work – Essential.
  • Confidence in managing time effectively and working autonomously.
  • Ability to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies.
