Manager/Senior Manager – Corporate Insolvency & Restructuring

The Opportunity

As a Manager/Senior Manager, you will play a critical role in our continued growth. Working directly alongside three (3) Registered Liquidators, you will manage a diverse portfolio of corporate insolvency appointments from inception to completion. This is a brilliant opportunity to blend technical excellence with leadership as you mentor junior staff and actively contribute to the strategic success of the practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Day to day carriage of a wide range of corporate insolvency and business restructuring appointments, including Voluntary Administrations, Deeds of Company Arrangement (DOCAs), Creditors’ Trusts, Liquidations, Small Business Restructuring, and Receiverships.
• Conduct thorough financial investigations and attend to crucial statutory reporting.
• Oversee the recovery, management, and sale of distressed businesses and assets.
• Act as a primary point of contact, liaising effectively with directors, creditors, lawyers, and key stakeholders.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop junior team members to foster a high-performance culture.
• Provide critical support and financial analysis for legal and recovery proceedings.

Desired Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of dedicated experience within corporate insolvency and restructuring.
• Proven track record of running small-to-medium assignments independently.
• Proven commercial judgement and understanding of the requirement to balance stakeholder outcomes, costs, risk and statutory duties.
• CA/CPA and ARITA qualified (or significantly progressed) is highly preferred.
• Strong accounting and financial analysis acumen.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills; a collaborative, team-first mindset.
