What You'll Do:
Client Advisory & Relationship Management

Governance & Documentation
- Maintain governance artifacts including roadmaps, account documentation, decision logs, and service reviews
- Prepare meeting notes, action-item registers, issue logs, and risk trackers for recurring engagements
- Follow standardized templates, delivery methodologies, and quality standards across all client engagements
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with advisors, project managers, engineers, solution architects, cybersecurity professionals, and sales teams to support client success
- Advocate for client needs internally while coordinating internal resources to ensure successful delivery
- Contribute to internal practice development โ process improvement, playbooks, and knowledge sharing
What You Bring:
Experience
- 3โ7 years of experience in Technical Account Management, IT consulting, customer success, account management, or technology leadership
- Experience within a Managed Service Provider (MSP), technology consulting, or enterprise IT environment strongly preferred
- Demonstrated track record of managing client relationships and leading technology-focused business discussions
Technical Knowledge
- Working knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, networking, and cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 preferred)
- Familiarity with cybersecurity principles, IT service management practices, and technology lifecycle management
- Understanding of governance frameworks and managed services delivery models
- Ability to translate technical architectures and service metrics into business-relevant insights for client stakeholders
Business Acumen
- Strong understanding of business operations, strategic planning, and risk management
- Ability to connect technology recommendations to measurable business outcomes and ROI

Why Join Us
This role sits at the intersection of technology and strategy โ a genuine opportunity to shape client outcomes, not just report on them. You'll work closely with cross-functional experts, build long-term trusted relationships, and grow your advisory capabilities in a role designed for someone who wants more ownership, not less.
