Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator
Location: Alcester
Hours: 39 hours per week
Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum, depending on experience

We're looking for an enthusiastic, organised, and customer-focused individual to join our growing team as a Customer Service & Procurement Co‑ordinator.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. You'll play a key role in supporting two of our associated businesses, working alongside our Sales Executive to deliver outstanding customer service while ensuring products are sourced efficiently and orders are processed accurately.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Delivering exceptional customer service by email and face‑to‑face.
- Processing customer orders quickly and accurately.
- Sourcing products and working closely with suppliers to ensure the best solutions for our customers.
- Supporting our Sales Executive with customer enquiries, quotations and day‑to‑day operations.
- Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Maintaining accurate records and producing reports when required.
- Providing general administrative support to keep the business running efficiently.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a first‑class customer experience.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in customer service, administration or procurement.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional manner.
- Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
- The ability to multitask, prioritise and work efficiently under pressure.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- A willingness to learn, take initiative and be part of a close‑knit team.
