Salary: £35,000–£40,000 per annum

Roles and Responsibilities
- Part of the maintenance and continuous improvement team, acting as the main engineering contact for production staff.
- Communicates effectively across teams, ensuring smooth coordination while maintaining productivity through planned maintenance and timely repairs.
- Responds quickly to breakdowns, carrying out fault diagnosis and implementing long‑term fixes to prevent repeat issues.
- Supports safety and operational standards by conducting risk assessments, training colleagues, assisting with new equipment installations, and ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental requirements.
Requirements
- Timeserved engineering apprenticeship (electrical)
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Experience working within an FMCG environment.
- Experience of PPM and reactive maintenance.
