Customer Service Representative β Heavy Plant & Equipment β Southwest UK
A large established name in the Heavy Plant & Equipment industry is looking for a Customer Service Representative to drive aftersales growth through the sale of parts and consumables throughout the Southwest.
Location: Bristol & surrounding Southwest areas
Salary: Β£37,250 + commission scheme

Responsibilities
- Increase aftersales revenue by identifying customer needs and offering tailored solutions
- Build strong relationships, ensuring customer needs are met
- Create new aftersales business opportunities
- Actively pursue potential leads and follow through to secure new business
- Maintain and update accurate records of sales activity
Qualifications
- Experience working within the construction machinery or plant hire industry
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Strong communication skills internally and externally
- Ability to build relationships quickly
- Full UK driving licence
