Network Infrastructure Management Security Account Manager Location: Sandyford, Dublin 18 Salary: €65,000 per annum About the Role We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Network Infrastructure Management Security Account Manager to join a growing team delivering network infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity solutions to businesses across Ireland. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a technical background in IT who enjoys building strong client relationships. The role would also suit an experienced IT Engineer looking to transition into Account Management or Technical Sales.

Reporting directly to senior management, you will manage a portfolio of key customer accounts, acting as a trusted advisor while ensuring clients' IT infrastructure and cybersecurity strategies continue to meet best practice standards. Key Responsibilities Manage and develop a portfolio of key customer accounts. Conduct regular customer meetings to review network infrastructure, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity.

Act as a trusted IT advisor, understanding customer requirements and recommending appropriate solutions. Support customers with future IT planning and technology roadmaps. Keep customers informed of emerging technologies, cybersecurity risks, and industry best practices.

Build strong long-term relationships through exceptional customer service. Work closely with engineering and management teams to ensure successful project delivery. Provide valuable customer feedback to support continuous service improvement.

About You You will have: A Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience. Experience in network infrastructure, IT systems, cloud technologies, or cybersecurity. Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

A proactive and customer-focused approach. Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities. The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

A full clean driving licence and access to your own transport.
