Document Controller We are seeking an organised and detail-focused Document Controller to support the successful delivery of large-scale data centre projects in Dublin. You will be responsible for managing project documentation throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring all documents are accurately controlled, compliant with client and company standards, and available to support efficient project delivery. Responsibilities Manage project documentation in line with company and client procedures. Maintain document control systems, ensuring accurate version control and filing. Coordinate document reviews, approvals and submissions to meet project deadlines.
Maintain registers and trackers for drawings, RFIs, submittals and O&M manuals. Monitor document status and follow up on outstanding actions. Support project teams with the retrieval and distribution of documentation.
Liaise with clients, consultants and subcontractors to ensure document compliance. About You Previous Document Controller experience, ideally within construction, engineering, infrastructure or data centre projects. Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Experience using document management systems (EDMS) and Microsoft Office. Able to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines. Confident communicator with the ability to build effective working relationships.
