Job Overview

Do you want to drive sales through in‑store activations, promotions, and displays? As a field sales representative for Mondelēz International, you will deliver field KPIs, meet annual objectives, and be the customer’s first choice of supplier.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz International by visiting stores according to the agreed planning cycle.
• Monitor shelf and assortment.
• Expose campaigns and search for best locations in stores.
• Perform required administrative tasks.
• Optimize the use of point‑of‑sales material.
• Create exposure in stores.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising experience (preferred).
• Confident interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated with a drive to achieve set goals.
• Computer literate with good verbal and written communication skills.

Additional Requirements – Portuguese

• Experiência anterior como promotor de vendas ou de merchandising (será diferencial).
• Ensino Médio completo.
• Conhecimento e uso de ferramentas de comunicação (WhatsApp, e‑mail, Microsoft Teams).
• Facilidade com ferramentas tecnológicas.

• Agilidade, dinamismo, criatividade, atitude proativa e colaboração.
• Bom raciocínio lógico‑matemático e interpretação de texto.
• Planejamento de tempo, senso de urgência e responsabilidade.
• Adaptabilidade e identificação com a área comercial (vendas e ambientes de varejo).
