/ppbr/ppstrongYour responsibilities: /strong /pp• Processing incoming orders, quote requests, and customer inquiries /pp• Monitoring product availability, clarifying and tracking delivery dates /pp• Preparing transport documents and accompanying papers for special transport from Schaan/FL /pp• Creating invoices and credit notes /pp• Preparing and coordinating the shipment of trade fair and course materials /pp• Updating delivery conditions /pp• Clarifying shipping methods /pp• Acting as a contact person for sales partners, end customers, regional sales managers, and subsidiaries in operational matters /pp• Actively supporting the field service /pp• Working closely with logistics, warehouse, and planning departments /pp• Providing operational support to internal departments such as product management, key account management, customer care management, academy, RD /pp• Pre- and post-processing of promotions, trade fairs, and events /pp• Personally, supporting sales at trade fairs and events, if required /pp• Implementing and adhering to the guidelines of the safety manual /pp• Implementing and adhering to the guidelines of the personnel manual /pp• Implementing and adhering to regulatory requirements /pp• Acting as a role model in accordance with the corporate values of the Ivoclar Group /ppbr/ppstrongYour profile: /strong /pp• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
/pp• 2–4 years of experience in order processing, logistics coordination, or customer /ppservice.
/pp• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP and proficiency in MS Office applications.
/pp• Strong understanding of order management and shipping processes.
/pp• Knowledge of transport documentation and international shipping regulations.
/pp• Ability to create invoices, credit notes, and manage delivery conditions.
/pp• Familiarity with trade fair and event logistics is an advantage.
/pp• Good English communication skills, (minimum B2).
/pp• Strong interpersonal skills.
/pp• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
/pp• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
/pp• Demonstrated ability to act as a role model aligned with corporate values.
