Interior Designer

Role Description The Interior Designer will work full time on-site at our Bengaluru location, collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to deliver high-quality interior solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing interior concepts, preparing detailed drawings and layouts, planning space utilization, and selecting finishes, furniture, and fixtures. The role also involves coordinating with vendors and contractors, ensuring design intent is maintained during execution, and supporting site visits and inspections.

The Interior Designer will participate in client meetings, prepare presentations, and help manage project timelines and budgets to align with the company’s standards and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Space Planning and Interior Design to create functional, aesthetically pleasing environments.
• Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Architecture and Construction Drawings to collaborate effectively with project teams and interpret technical plans.
• Candidates should possess expertise in FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) selection and specification to ensure cohesive and cost-effective design solutions.
• Relevant academic background such as a degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, or similar tools).
• Strong visual, creative, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work within project constraints.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to interact with clients, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Prior experience in residential or commercial interior projects is an advantage.
