Key Responsibilities

• Visit customer locations for installation, servicing, and basic technical support activities
  
• Assist in inspection, troubleshooting, and maintenance of equipment/devices
  
• Handle basic repair and field support tasks under supervisor guidance
  
• Coordinate with the service team for daily work assignments and updates
  
• Maintain service reports and customer visit records
  
• Ensure timely completion of assigned field tasks
  
• Follow company safety procedures and operational guidelines
  
• Provide professional and courteous support to customers during field visits
  

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
