Are you passionate about design and skilled at building client relationships?

ATTICARCH is looking for a dynamic Interior Design Sales Executive who can convert design aspirations into successful projects. This role combines client consultation, sales, and a strong understanding of residential interior design.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads and client inquiries.
• Understand client requirements, budgets, and project expectations.
• Conduct client meetings and design consultations.
• Coordinate with the design team to prepare proposals and quotations.
• Present design concepts and pricing to prospective clients.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into confirmed projects.
• Maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales process.
• Achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in interior design sales, real estate sales, or luxury home solutions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of residential interiors and design terminology.
• Ability to manage client relationships professionally.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
