Key Responsibilities- Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and align operations with business needs.
- Maintain service standards, ensure compliance with change processes, and help enforce operational best practices.
- Proactively monitor and manage service specific components.
- Sound analytical and problem‑solving skills are required to manage multiple technical challenges from multiple services and projects simultaneously.
- Evaluate recommendations provided for service improvements, with the ability to identify any gaps or alternate solutions.
- Proactively anticipate service issues before they occur and drive suggested changes to execution.
- Good communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Expert knowledge in Incident management, Service requests, Change requests and ServiceNow.
- Ability to manage multiple services and priorities.
- Good support knowledge and experience in providing 24/7 support.
- Experience with source control involving Agile tools such as Azure DevOps.
- Experience and demonstrable knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and/or Kanban methodologies.
- At least 7+ years of total IT experience with 4+ years of experience in relevant technologies.
- Ability to understand and analyze business requirements by working with stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work on both Agile and Waterfall projects.
- Good knowledge on scripting and automation experience using scripts.
- Copilot or Agentic AI experience.
