We work across design, digital experience, and communications — partnering with global consumer brands, corporates, and NGOs. We’re looking for a sharp, organized, bilingual communicator to join us in a junior project management / client services role.

This is NOT a tech-heavy role and we are not looking for engineering project managers. You will be working with creative and marketing teams to manage marketing communications projects.

What you’ll do:

• Coordinate day-to-day projects with internal teams
• Own timelines, follow-ups, and documentation
• Communicate clearly and professionally — both written and verbal
• Proactively solves problems and solution oriented
• Help shape our internal systems as we grow

Who we’re looking for:

• Up to 3 years of experience in client servicing, project coordination in a creative/digital/marketing agency
• Fluency in English, spoken and written, at near-native level
• Super organized, detail-obsessed, and fast on your feet
• Friendly, professional, and highly responsible
• Mumbai-based and available to work on-site in Nariman Point (Mon-Fri)
