Regional Product Lead, Tools, EMEA GTM

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 4 years of experience in defining product features and roadmaps based on business priorities and technical requirements. Experience in sales enablement, strategy and operations, management consulting, or product or project management in technology. Preferred qualifications: Experience working with and influencing executive stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to driving results through cross-functional collaboration. About the job The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly.

We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. Responsibilities Create and deliver the local activation strategy for large change management projects; achieving optimal success and driving forward Regional Business Priorities. Partner with EMEA GTM, Sales Leaders and Sales to understand business requirements and provide the regional voice back to product to shape development.

Influence and manage large stakeholder networks, embed tools roadmap within regional strategy and ensure EMEA's needs are represented in the prioritisation process. Collaborate with regional partners to achieve activation strategy, lead testing programs and amplify seller feedback to drive change.
