Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead commercial operations and technical sales in the Atacama Region. The ideal candidate will be a qualified engineer with deep knowledge of mining process products and a proven track record of managing high-value industrial accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead sales strategies and technical-commercial proposals for major mining clients in the region.
• Maintain and grow relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their operational needs to offer tailored engineering solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities and ensure market share growth for mining process products.
• Provide technical expertise and commercial support throughout the entire sales cycle.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Metallurgical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Experience: Proven experience in technical sales and commercial management within the mining sector. Solid knowledge of mining process products/equipment is required.
• Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Copiapó (Atacama Region).
• Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation skills, business acumen, and a strong drive for professional growth.
