Site Manager

Site Manager Dublin €70,000 €85,000 depending on experience. Role Overview We are looking for a hands-onSite Manager to take full responsibility for day-to-day site operations on a major€140m Core Bus Corridor scheme. You will be the "boots on the ground" leader, ensuring that civil engineering and utility works are executed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership: Manage and coordinate all site-based personnel, including direct labour crews and specialist subcontractors. Programme Execution: Drive the weekly construction programme, ensuring milestones for drainage, ducting, and road reinstatement are met. Health & Safety: Act as the primary site safety lead, conducting regular audits and ensuring all workers have the required inductions and "tickets" (e.g., Safe Pass, CSCS).

Logistics & Traffic Management: Oversee complex urban site logistics and ensure implementedTraffic Management Plans (TMPs) match approved designs. Problem Solving: Identify design or utility clashes on-site and coordinate with theProject Manager andSite Engineers to implement immediate practical solutions. INDCAT1
