Quality Manager

Quality Manager/Regional Director Nursing Home Group Location: Midlands preferred; however, applications from candidates based elsewhere in Ireland will be considered. Regular travel to nursing homes across Ireland is required. Advent Solutions is seeking an experienced and driven Quality Manager/Regional Director to oversee the operations of a portfolio of nursing homes across Ireland.

Reporting directly to the CEO, this senior leadership role is pivotal in ensuring excellence in resident care, regulatory compliance, operational performance and the ongoing development of high-performing clinical teams. Key Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day operational management and governance of nursing homes within your region. Ensure full compliance with all regulatory, clinical governance and quality standards, including effective risk management.

Develop, implement and monitor operational policies, procedures and best practices. Drive continuous improvement in the quality of care, resident experience and service delivery. Partner with Directors of Nursing to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives and action plans.

Support the delivery of the Group's strategic and operational objectives. Monitor and achieve financial and operational KPIs across your region. Provide leadership, coaching and support to Directors of Nursing and their management teams.

Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, retention and staff development initiatives. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders while promoting a culture of excellence, accountability and continuous improvement. Requirements Registered General Nurse with current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).

A minimum of 10 years' post-registration experience, including at least 3 years within the previous 6 years in the care of older persons. At least 5 years' senior leadership experience as a Director of Nursing or above within the nursing home sector. Post-registration qualification in Healthcare Management, Leadership or a related discipline.

Excellent knowledge of the Health Act 2007, HIQA standards and clinical governance. Proven ability to lead multiple services, manage change and deliver strategic objectives. Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and operational performance.

Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide. Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary from€100,000, depending on experience. Performance-related bonus.
