Qualifications

• Epic certifications in MyChart and Welcome (required)
• Strong experience in healthcare IT, with a focus on Epic implementations
• Proven track record of managing large-scale application rollouts
• Strong understanding of kiosk hardware/software integration and patient intake workflows
• Experience in a product management or application strategy role (not people management)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and management of Epic MyChart and Welcome applications
• Oversee integration of kiosks and digital intake workflows, including welcome questionnaires
• Collaborate with technical teams, clinical stakeholders, and Epic analysts to align on project goals
• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for patient engagement tools
• Monitor application performance and user experience, identifying areas for improvement
• Ensure compliance with Epic certification standards and Northwell Health protocols
• Provide regular updates to leadership on project status, risks, and milestones
