Clinical Dietitian and Food Services Manager

Elevate senior care at Donwood Manor in Winnipeg as a full-time Food Services Manager and Clinical Dietitian. Oversee food operations and nutritional services for residents while ensuring outstanding culinary quality. This leadership role reports directly to the CEO, requiring expertise in food management and clinical dietetics.

Ideal candidates will have a combination of culinary experience, nutritional sciences, and strong organizational skills. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee daily food service operations for Donwood Manor • Develop and implement dietary plans based on nutritional needs • Manage scheduling, food purchasing, and cost analysis • Collaborate with health care professionals for optimal care • Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards Requirements: • Degree in Human Nutrition Sciences or equivalent • Active membership in College of Dietitians of Manitoba • Two years’ experience in a health care setting • Knowledge of Meal Metrix and IDDSI software • Current Certified Food Handlers Certificate Lead exceptional culinary services and dietary management to enrich the lives of residents at Donwood Manor. #J-18808-Ljbffr
