Become the backbone of RONA as an Experienced Retail Department Manager, ensuring operations run smoothly while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction. This role combines leadership with effective merchandising. RONA is currently looking for a Retail Department Manager who possesses at least five years of personnel management experience.

Your primary duties include supervising work, resolving customer inquiries, and managing merchandising processes as directed by the Store Manager. Additionally, you will oversee promotional activities and recruit new staff for your team, all while adhering to the labor budget.
