We are seeking a creative, strategic, and result-oriented Social Media Manager with proven agency experience to lead and manage multiple client accounts across various industries. The ideal candidate should have expertise in social media strategy, content planning, campaign management, client communication, and team coordination to drive brand growth and engagement. Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 2โ€“6 Years (Agency Experience Mandatory) Salary : 30k-35k Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to client objectives.

Create monthly content calendars and campaign plans. Identify trends, audience insights, and opportunities for brand growth. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all social platforms.

Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. Conduct regular client meetings and present performance reports.

Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable social media strategies. Collaborate with content writers, graphic designers, and video editors to create engaging content. Review and approve social media posts before publishing.

Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and influencer collaborations. Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies accordingly. Lead and mentor Social Media Executives and Content Creators.

Ensure timely delivery of client deliverables. Coordinate with internal departments to maintain workflow efficiency. Maintain quality control across all social media activities.

Track KPIs including reach, engagement, impressions, follower growth, and conversions. Prepare monthly and campaign performance reports. Analyze competitor activities and industry trends.

Provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement. Work closely with the Performance Marketing team for paid social campaigns. Assist in audience targeting, campaign planning, and optimization.

Monitor campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements. Required Qualification Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field. 3โ€“6 years of experience in Social Media Management. Minimum 2 years of experience in a Digital Marketing Agency.

Experience handling multiple client accounts across different industries.
