Role Brief: We are looking for a creative, social-native, and data-driven Social Media Manager to strengthen Ashika Group's digital presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, and YouTube. The ideal candidate should understand how content drives brand awareness, trust, investor education, and business growth.
This role requires a balance of creativity, trend awareness, analytics, and execution, while ensuring adherence to regulatory and brand guidelines. Role Responsibilities: Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand, product, and business objectives. Plan and manage monthly content calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, and YouTube.
Create and coordinate platform-specific content including reels, videos, carousels, stories, educational content, market updates, and brand campaigns. Identify social media trends, market opportunities, and topical moments to create timely and engaging content. Drive investor education and financial awareness initiatives through impactful storytelling and content formats.
Collaborate with internal teams for content planning, execution and ensure timely delivery of all marketing initiatives. Monitor community interactions, respond to comments/messages, and manage online reputation. Track and analyze key performance metrics including reach, engagement, video views, watch time, follower growth, shares, saves, and conversions.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and optimization recommendations. Conduct competitor benchmarking and identify content opportunities within the stock broking, wealth management, and fintech ecosystem. Ensure all communication complies with SEBI and regulatory guidelines while maintaining brand consistency.
Eligibility Criteria: Graduate in Marketing, Communications, Mass Media, Journalism, or a related field. 2–3 years of experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, and Product Marketing. Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, and YouTube, including platform trends and content strategies. Experience in content planning, campaign execution, and social media analytics. Excellent copywriting, communication, and storytelling skills.
Comfortable appearing on camera and creating video content for reels, educational content, and brand campaigns. Experience in managing multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
Preferred Skills Experience in BFSI, Stock Broking, Fintech, Mutual Funds, or Wealth Management. Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and social media management tools. Working knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or basic video editing tools.
Understanding of stock market concepts and investor behaviour. Experience collaborating with influencers, content creators, or brand ambassadors.
