As we continue to scale, we are looking for a creative, strategic, and tech-savvy Social Media Manager to elevate our online presence, build our digital community, and showcase our tech expertise to the world. Role Summary We are seeking a remote Social Media Manager to own our organic and paid social media channels (primarily LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and YouTube).

You will design content strategies, create engaging copy and visuals, and interact daily with our audience to establish BrezQ as a thought leader in the IT consulting and software services space. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with BrezQ’s business goals and brand identity. Content Creation: Write compelling copy and collaborate with design/video teams to produce high-quality posts, infographics, and short-form videos highlighting our tech services, case studies, and company culture.

Community Management: Monitor social channels daily. Engage with followers, answer public comments, and participate in industry-relevant conversations to boost brand visibility. Campaign Management: Plan and execute paid social media campaigns (specifically LinkedIn Ads) to support B2B lead generation.

Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance metrics (engagement, growth, traffic) using tools like HubSpot, Hootsuite, or Google Analytics, and regularly present data-driven optimization strategies. Requirements & Qualifications 3+ years of experience managing professional social media accounts, ideally within the B2B tech or IT services sector . A strong portfolio demonstrating creative, clear copywriting and successful social media campaigns.

Familiarity with basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and social scheduling tools. Strong understanding of the tech industry (Cloud, DevOps, AI, CRM) to translate complex tech concepts into engaging social content. Excellent self-management and communication skills to work effectively in a fully remote setup.
