3+ years Β· Frontend-heavy Β· real builder Donizo is building the AI operating system for renovation and construction. Contractors should focus on the work. Donizo handles pricing, quotes, workflow, and payments. We are hiring a founding engineer to turn our funnel and product into a repeatable acquisition engine. You will work directly with the founder and ship daily. --- ## What you will do Build and improve the system that drives growth: - landing pages, signup, onboarding, activation - internal tools, automations, analytics - AI-assisted workflows You will: - ship experiments continuously - analyze behavior (funnels, drop-offs, usage) - identify friction - turn insights into shipped improvements - increase conversion from traffic β paid Then turn what works into systems: - scripts, tools, automations - repeatable launch playbooks (trades, cities, countries) --- ## What you own traffic β signup β activation β subscription --- ## What we are looking for - Experience in fully owning a customer acquisition pipeline is mandatory for the job - 3+ years real engineering experience - strong full-stack ability (frontend-heavy) - able to ship independently, end-to-end - strong product sense and UI execution - able to read user behavior and improve the system - comfortable moving fast with solid engineering judgment - able to debug and own production code You should be able to answer: βWhere are users getting stuck, and what should we ship today to fix it?β --- ## This is NOT for you if - you are mainly a marketer or no-code operator - you cannot ship production code yourself - you rely on AI without understanding the code - you need a large team to execute - you are backend-only --- ## What success looks like - faster iteration - higher conversion (visit β signup β paid) - stronger activation - repeatable growth systems --- ## Interview process - intro + review of what you built - technical tests (1 live + 1) - founder discussion --- ## To apply Send to [email protected] : 2β3 things you personally built, with links results you drove code / GitHub if available one short Donizo teardown: what you would improve first, why, expected impact, and rough time to ship Before applying, test Donizo or review the workflow.
