Brand & Social Media Manager

About Us At NoshLeaf, we're building more than a clothing brand—we're creating a lifestyle inspired by effortless style, premium quality, and West Coast aesthetics. We're looking for a creative, driven, and highly organized Brand & Social Media Manager who will take ownership of NoshLeaf's social presence and help shape how the brand is perceived online. This role will work directly with the Founder and be responsible for managing and growing the brand across all social channels.

What You'll Own • Manage NoshLeaf's social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms • Plan and execute content calendars aligned with product launches, campaigns, and brand objectives • Create visually appealing posts, carousels, stories, and social media creatives • Edit and enhance product and lifestyle imagery • Create and edit engaging Reels and short-form video content • Develop content ideas that strengthen brand identity and drive engagement • Write compelling captions and social media copy that reflect the NoshLeaf voice • Identify trends, opportunities, and creative concepts relevant to fashion and lifestyle audiences • Coordinate with influencers, creators, photographers, and other partners when needed • Monitor performance, analyze insights, and continuously optimize content strategy • Ensure a consistent premium brand experience across all social touchpoints Who We're Looking For • Someone who thinks like a brand builder, not just a content creator • Strong experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools • Excellent understanding of Instagram, Reels, short-form video content, and social media trends • Strong visual taste and appreciation for premium fashion and lifestyle brands • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a startup environment • Ability to take ideas from concept to execution with minimal supervision • Prior experience with fashion, apparel, lifestyle, beauty, or DTC brands is preferred Why Join NOSHLEAF • Work directly with the Founder and play a key role in shaping the brand • High level of creative freedom and ownership of brand storytelling • Opportunity to build and grow a premium fashion brand from an early stage • Fast-paced environment with the ability to make a visible impact To Apply- Please send following to • Your portfolio • Links to brands or accounts you've managed • Examples of graphics, posts, and Reels you've created • A brief note on why you'd be a great fit for NoshLeaf If you're passionate about fashion, content, branding, and building something meaningful, we'd love to connect.
