Social Media Manager

KreateFlo is hiring a Social Media Manager to help us grow our brand globally. KreateFlo is a Premiere Pro plugin built for video editors, creators, agencies, and podcast teams who want to edit faster, create better content, and simplify their workflow. We’re looking for someone who understands social media, creator culture, short-form content, and how to turn a product into a brand people actually care about.

What you’ll do: • Manage KreateFlo’s social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, X, and other relevant platforms • Create and manage the monthly content calendar • Write hooks, captions, scripts, and post copy • Develop content ideas around video editing, Premiere Pro, AI tools, podcast editing, creator workflows, and productivity • Work with our team to turn ideas into posts, videos, carousels, and short-form content • Repurpose product demos, tutorials, founder content, and long-form content into platform-native posts • Track performance and use data to improve future content • Study trends, competitors, creators, and SaaS brands to find winning content angles • Engage with editors, creators, agencies, and potential users online • Help build KreateFlo into a trusted brand in the video editing and creator economy space What we’re looking for: • Strong understanding of social media platforms and content formats • Excellent English writing skills • Ability to write strong hooks and simple, clear captions • Good taste in content, design, branding, and video • Experience creating content that gets attention • Ability to think strategically, not just post randomly • Comfortable using analytics to improve content performance • Organized, reliable, and able to manage deadlines • Interest in video editing, creators, SaaS, AI tools, or marketing Bonus points if you have: • Experience growing a SaaS, creator tool, or tech brand • Experience with LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts • Experience with Premiere Pro or video editing workflows • Experience writing for founders or personal brands • Basic design skills in Canva, Figma, or similar tools • Understanding of AI tools and creator workflows Role details: • Role: Social Media Manager • Company: KreateFlo • Type: Full-time • Location: Fully remote • Hiring: Internationally • Salary: Based on experience How to apply: Send us: Your CV or LinkedIn profile Links to social media pages or content you’ve managed 3 content ideas you would create for KreateFlo A short note on why you’d be a great fit We’re not looking for someone who just schedules posts.
