About the Role We are looking for an Ad Operations Analyst to join a newly formed, strategically important centralised operations team. This is a data-focused role suited to someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable working with large datasets, and passionate about turning numbers into actionable insights. You will be responsible for pulling, managing, and automating reports that support decision-making across the business.
Responsibilities โ Work within a centralised ops team to build, maintain, and automate recurring reports โ Use internal data tools to extract and analyse data, presenting outputs clearly in Google Sheets, Excel, and PPT โ Flag anomalies before business teams notice them โ Pull and distribute recurring revenue reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for internal stakeholders โ Help build and deliver periodic performance reports with actionable insights for internal stakeholders โ Create presentations to communicate findings and performance trends when required โ Maintain accurate and organised data management practices to support business tracking โ Identify opportunities to improve and automate existing reporting workflows โ Help prep data for QBRs, exec reviews, and pipeline meetings Qualifications โ Bachelor's degree (mandatory) โ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets โ Strong logical reasoning and analytical thinking โ Good written and verbal communication skills โ Exposure to ad tech or digital advertising is a plus but not required Why Media.net Media.net is one of the largest global ad tech companies, powering digital advertising for publishers and advertisers worldwide.
