With deep market knowledge, access to the largest property database in Delhi NCR, prime locations, and exclusive off-market deals, we ensure a seamless experience from site visits to move-in. Position Summary We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Manager - Commercial Leasing / B2B Sales to drive business development, client acquisition, and commercial leasing transactions in Noida. The ideal candidate should have strong consultative sales skills, experience in B2B sales or commercial real estate, and the ability to build long-term relationships with occupiers, landlords, and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities Business Development & Client Acquisition Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships. Identify and engage startups, SMEs, corporates, GCCs, and enterprise clients with office space requirements. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.

Conduct market mapping and identify companies with expansion, relocation, or lease renewal requirements. Client Advisory & Leasing Understand client requirements including location, budget, seat count, workspace model, and timelines. Present suitable office space options and create comparative analyses.

Arrange and conduct property site visits. Advise clients on market trends, rental benchmarks, and leasing strategies. Negotiate commercial terms and facilitate successful transaction closures.

Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, developers, coworking operators, and property managers. Develop referral networks with architects, fit-out companies, HR consultants, and business service providers. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

CRM & Reporting Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, site visits, and transactions in CRM. Track sales activities and conversion metrics. Prepare weekly sales reports and pipeline reviews.

Ensure timely follow-up and closure of opportunities. Skills Required Strong business development and consultative selling skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Ability to manage multiple client requirements simultaneously. Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities. Proficiency in CRM tools.
