Job Description – Lead Manager Position: Lead Manager Location: Barasat, Kolkata (On-site) Experience: 8+ Years Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Lead Manager to drive lead generation initiatives, oversee lead conversion processes, and manage a high-performing team of approximately 20 executives. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, team management, and business development skills with a proven track record of achieving lead generation and sales targets. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Business Development Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to meet business objectives.
Identify and evaluate new lead sources, channels, and market opportunities. Monitor lead quality, conversion rates, and overall sales funnel performance. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead acquisition and nurturing processes.
Ensure timely follow-up and conversion of qualified leads. Team Management Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 20 Lead Generation Executives/Associates. Set individual and team performance targets and monitor achievement.
Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance reviews. Foster a positive, performance-driven work culture. Handle team scheduling, resource allocation, and productivity management.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting Track daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs related to lead generation and conversion. Prepare management reports and dashboards on team performance and business outcomes. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Stakeholder Management Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth lead management processes. Maintain strong communication with senior management regarding business performance and strategic initiatives.
Support organizational growth through data-driven decision-making. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Minimum 8 years of experience in Lead Generation, Business Development, Sales Operations, or related functions. At least 3–5 years of experience managing large teams (15–20 members or more). Required Skills Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
Expertise in lead generation, lead nurturing, and conversion strategies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment. Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Lead generation volume and quality. Lead-to-conversion ratio. Team productivity and target achievement.
Revenue contribution from generated leads. Employee engagement and retention within the team.
