In this role, you will take charge of district operations by effectively guiding store teams and implementing corporate strategies.
You’ll analyze performance metrics, identify improvement areas, and assure compliance with operational standards. Collaborate closely with Senior Operations Management to seize growth opportunities and promote a culture of high performance within the district.
