Designation: Zscaler Engineer ( L2 ) Location: Kerala Experience: 3–5 years in Network Security / Cloud Security / Zscaler Administration Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science or related field About the role: This person will be responsible for monitoring and supporting Zscaler environments, troubleshooting complex network and client issues, implementing security policy changes, managing releases and patches, ensuring secure connectivity through ZIA/ZPA, maintaining SLA compliance, and coordinating with OEM support for escalations and issue resolution. Responsibilities: Monitor and support Zscaler environments (ZIA, ZPA, Client Connector). Troubleshoot complex network, authentication, and client issues.

Implement security policies, access controls, and traffic rules. Manage patching, upgrades, and release deployments. Perform system testing and change validation.

Ensure SLA compliance and generate operational reports. Coordinate with OEM/vendor support for escalations. Conduct RCA and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements: 3–5 years of experience in Network/Cloud Security. Strong hands-on experience with Zscaler ZIA, ZPA, and Client Connector. Good understanding of Secure Web Gateway and Zero Trust architecture.

Knowledge of SAML, LDAP, and Active Directory integration. Experience with PAC, GRE, and IPSec traffic forwarding methods. Strong troubleshooting skills in networking and cloud environments.

Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell/Python preferred). Understanding of patch and release management processes. Relevant Zscaler certifications required.
