Role Description This full-time, on-site role of Head of IPR / Senior Patent Consultant with an agrochemical focus is based in South Delhi. The role involves managing intellectual property rights, providing expert patent advice, handling legal matters related to corporate governance, and ensuring compliance with patent law regulations. The selected candidate will collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to develop strategies that secure intellectual property rights while supporting innovation and product development initiatives in the agrochemical sector. Qualifications Strong expertise in Intellectual Property, Patent Law, and managing intellectual property rights for complex projects. Comprehensive understanding and experience in Corporate Governance and providing Legal Advice at a senior level. Solid knowledge of Law and regulations, along with the ability to ensure compliance within the agrochemical domain.

Advanced degree in Law, a professional legal qualification, or equivalent work experience in intellectual property management. Proven leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage a team and work collaboratively with global stakeholders. Familiarity with the agrochemical industry and related technical terminologies is an advantage.
