We’re looking for a Workplace Experience Coordinator to support day-to -day workplace operations and help deliver an exceptional experience for employees and visitors. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fastpaced, onsite environment and enjoys creating a smooth, organized, and welcoming workplace.
What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years in Workplace Operations, Hospitality, or Office Operations
- Experience with event and meeting coordination
- Strong customer service and employee experience mindset
- Facilities/workplace coordination experience
- Vendor management experience
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Proficiency in Google Workspace / Google Suite
- Ability to work onsite daily
- Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs
