Web3 Finance Operations Lead

About the role

Diversas Vagas is partnering with a Web3 firm to build out its finance operations. The team manages digital asset flows across multiple jurisdictions and needs an experienced operator to own settlement, custody, and platform risk.

Responsibilities

• Execute trades, withdrawals, and transfers across centralized and decentralized platforms
• Architect and maintain wallet infrastructure including hot storage, cold storage, hardware modules, and multi-signature schemes
• Reconcile on-chain transactions across Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, and EVM networks
• Diagnose and resolve failed transactions using block explorers
• Enforce operational security protocols for private keys, seed phrases, and access controls
• Assess counterparty risk for exchanges, custodians, and liquidity providers
• Report settlement status and infrastructure uptime to leadership

Requirements

• 5+ years in financial operations, institutional treasury, or digital asset management
• Direct experience operating live accounts on major CEXs and DeFi protocols
• Hands-on wallet admin: seed generation, Ledger, Trezor, multi-sig, cold-to-hot transfers
• Proven ability to monitor and resolve on-chain transactions across diverse networks
• Familiarity with institutional custody platforms or equivalent self-custody discipline
• Track record managing material transaction sizes in a professional context
• Fluent English required; Portuguese highly preferred
• Must be resident in Brazil
