Company: CELPIP Secrets Location: Remote (Work From Anywhere in India) Compensation: INR 30,000/month + 5% commission on closed deals (INR 3,60,000 per year base). Current sales people are making Rs.1,00,000+ a month. Schedule: Monday–Saturday | 7:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST IMPORTANT This role requires working during Canadian business hours.

About CELPIP Secrets CELPIP Secrets is an online education platform that helps students improve their English skills and achieve their target CELPIP scores for immigration and professional goals.

We are growing rapidly and are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to engage with prospective students, build relationships, and help them enroll in our programs through chat-based conversations. This is not cold calling , not door-to-door sales , and not field sales . Everything is done remotely through online messaging platforms and CRM software.

About the Role We are looking for someone who is proactive, coachable, target-driven, and comfortable communicating in fluent English. You do not need years of sales experience. We will provide complete training on our systems, scripts, and sales process.

What matters most is your ability to communicate effectively, follow instructions, learn quickly, and consistently take action. What You'll Do Respond to prospective students through chat and messaging platforms. Build trust and relationships with leads.

Understand student goals and challenges. Guide prospects toward the right program. Follow proven sales frameworks and scripts.

Track conversations and activities inside our CRM. Follow up consistently with interested prospects. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Attend training sessions, coaching calls, and team meetings. Continuously improve communication and sales skills. Must-Have Qualifications Fluent English You must be highly proficient in: Reading Writing Speaking Listening Education Bachelor's degree preferred (English background preferred) Or equivalent demonstrated expertise Tech Requirements Reliable laptop or computer Stable high-speed internet connection Comfortable using online tools and CRM software Work Ethic Highly organized Proactive and self-motivated Reliable and accountable Takes ownership instead of waiting for instructions Availability Must treat this as a full-time role, not a side hustle Available during the required night shift hours Communication Skills Confident communicator Empathetic and professional Able to guide prospects without pressure-based selling Open to coaching and feedback Nice-to-Have (Preferred) Previous sales or customer-facing experience Familiarity with CRM software Experience following scripts while sounding natural Understanding of conversational sales techniques What We Provide Full training on our sales systems Proven chat-based closing frameworks Access to premium courses and internal resources Private mentorship from the founder Ongoing coaching and development Letter of Recommendation upon successful tenure Experience Certificate Opportunity to grow within the company Even if you've never closed deals through chat before, we will train you.
