Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Sales Manager role based in Bengaluru. The Assistant Manager will support day-to-day project or operational management, including calling the clients and bringing them to the site visit, project presentation, negotiations and closing.

The Assistant Manager will help identify and resolve the customer queries and help them finalizing the property. The position also requires regular communication with senior management, participation in review meetings, and ensuring that sales milestones are consistently met. Qualifications Proven experience in Real Estate Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management Should be ready for the individual contributor role Strong skills in Negotiation, Market Analysis, and Strategic Planning Excellent Communication, Presentation skill.

Proficiency in CRM software tools and an aptitude for data-driven decision-making Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Experience in the real estate sector is highly preferred Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field Team-oriented with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
