Job Description Position: Sales Engineer and Sales Manager โ€“ Industrial Instrumentation & Automation Location: Maharashtra, India Experience: 3โ€“10+ Years We are seeking a motivated Sales Engineer / Sales Manager with experience in the Water, Wastewater, Environmental Monitoring, Instrumentation, and Automation industries. The candidate will be responsible for business development, customer relationship management, and achieving sales targets across various industrial sectors. Key Responsibilities Develop business opportunities for Water Treatment, Wastewater Treatment, Environmental Monitoring, and Instrumentation solutions.

Promote and sell Automation, Instrumentation, Electrical, and Environmental Monitoring solutions. Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions. Prepare quotations, techno-commercial proposals, and project estimates.

Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and technical discussions. Build strong relationships with EPC contractors, consultants, and end users. Coordinate with internal teams for project execution and customer support.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth. Required Skills Knowledge of Water & Wastewater Treatment, Environmental Monitoring, Instrumentation, and Industrial Automation. Strong technical sales, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.

Experience in handling industrial projects and preparing commercial proposals. Good communication and presentation abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.

Qualification Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, Environmental Engineering, or related field. 3+ years of sales experience for Sales Engineer and 10+ years for Sales Manager roles.
