We're Hiring Real Estate - Sales Executive

VSK Foundation is looking for a passionate, target-driven, and customer-focused Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team in Coimbatore.

Location: Coimbatore

Key Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries generated through digital marketing campaigns, walk-ins, and referrals.
• Contact prospective buyers, understand their requirements, and schedule project site visits.
• Conduct apartment project presentations and explain floor plans, pricing, amenities, offers, and payment options.
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide end-to-end assistance throughout the home-buying journey.
• Follow up regularly with prospects and convert leads into apartment bookings.
• Coordinate with the CRM, telecalling, and marketing teams to ensure timely customer engagement.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress in the CRM.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth.

Eligibility

• 1-2 years of experience in Real Estate Apartment Sales (mandatory).
• Proven track record in selling apartments or residential projects.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Good knowledge of the Coimbatore real estate market is an added advantage.
• Ability to handle customer site visits and build long-term relationships.
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
• Proficiency in Tamil is mandatory; English communication is preferred.
