Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or related field required. 5+ years of experience in digital analytics implementation and tracking. Hands-on expertise with: Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Google Tag Manager (GTM) Experience partnering with engineering (front-end/back-end) to implement data Layer and tracking requirements. Pixels and CAPI Implementation Strong understanding of event-based tracking, parameters, user properties, conversions, cross-domain tracking, and consent mode.
Strong Understanding of naming conventions, versioning, environments (dev/QA/prod), release process, rollback. Strong Understanding on GTM Preview, GA4 Debug View, Chrome DevTools, Tag Assistant. Ability to independently manage and resolve all incoming Analytics requests, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and coordinate with the vendors to troubleshoot and address issues.
Experience working with JavaScript and Html for tag implementation and debugging. Strong expertise in GA4 reporting, monitoring, and performance analysis. Knowledge of APIs and data integration techniques.
Experience with SQL for data validation and analysis. Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript fundamentals). Experience working within Agile environments.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical tracking solutions. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Demonstrate ability to interpret and work with data (e.g., dashboards, reports, data quality concepts) and understanding of AI/ML fundamentals to adapt to emerging technology trends, identify opportunities for intelligent automation/insights and make data-informed decisions.
